THIS IS AN ECOFRIENDLY BIOCIDE WAY TO SOLVE ALL BIOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF COOLING TOWERS, HEAT EXCHANGERS, CONDENSORS, COLD STORAGES, AND ICE FACTORIES WITH A SINGLE CHEMICAL.

The accumulation of microbiological slimes, biofilm and general bio-fouling in cooling water systems reduces system efficiency, increases operating and maintenance costs, and raises risks to safety and health.

To ensure that such cooling systems are safe, well maintained and operate at optimum efficiency it is essential that the correct water conditions are maintained at all times. This can be achieved using carefully selected biodispersants for cooling water systems.

Spring high performance biodispersants are ideal for use in a range of cooling systems including cooling towers, re-circulating and once through cooling water systems.

pH Value Gramicid - C has a pH value of Approx. 1.5 to 2.1. It dose not Change the pH value of treated Water, when mixed in proper proportion.

SPRING- 102 BX Is non-mutagenic and none Carcinogenic.
SPRING- 102 BX when mixed water in the Cooling tower, the water is non toxic.

SPRING- 102 BX is non-toxic, however in its concentrated state it does have an irritable & bleaching effect on the skin, on mucous membranes and respiratory tracts and is thus particularly harmful to the eyes. When working with SPRING- 102 BX protective goggles should be used. Usage of rubber gloves is advisable which can be rinsed after usage.

SPRING- 102 BX - can be applied at temperature ranging from 0oC to 95oC, the efficiency increases at higher temperatures. It can be also used in liquids contaminated with organic matter.

pH NEUTRALITY

SPRING- 102 BX dose not affect the pH of the treated water, in effect it helps in maintaining the neutral pH
